• Once your request is reviewed, we will confirm the cancellation via email or call.

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds are only applicable in cases where duplicate payment is made or if a transaction fails but the amount is deducted.
• For approved refunds, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
• No refunds are provided for successfully processed services, consultancy, or loan applications already under review.

4. Failed or Duplicate Transactions

In case of failed or duplicate transactions due to network or payment gateway errors, please notify us at support@akfinancialservices.net with proof of payment. We will verify and initiate a refund within 5–7 working days after validation.

5. Processing Fees

Any service or processing fee once paid is non-refundable unless specifically stated otherwise. This includes application charges, document verification fees, or consultation charges.
